With over $150 billion in transactions completed in the last two years, earning the firm M&A Advisors Boutique Investment Bank of the Year, Republic Capital partnered with MVP to develop a digital presence that reflects its unique approach to strategic transaction structuring and cultural alignment. The website design leverages Republic’s distinctive branding, incorporating elements of its logo as a container for a dynamic New York City flyover video, accompanied by animations like “People. Purpose. Partnership.” These interactive features enhance viewer engagement and convey Republic’s commitment to its clients and their success.

GulfStar Group, a Houston-based investment bank known for its expertise in mergers and acquisitions, growth capital, and advisory services for middle-market companies, partnered with MVP for a comprehensive website overhaul. The new site showcases GulfStar’s industry knowledge and deep Texas roots through a clean, professional layout. It includes a series of PortCo case studies that highlight the firm’s award-winning transactions, including its recent recognition as an M&A Advisor Energy Deal of the Year (under $100MM) and Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($25MM to $50MM) 2024 award winning M&A firm.
