MVP Wins Food Website Excellence at 2016 Communicator Awards for PB Crave All Natural Peanut Butter

By MVP Marketing + Design | June 7, 2016

Minneapolis, June 7, 2016 — MVP Marketing + Design, a nationally recognized digital marketing and communications firm, is pleased to announce that it has been honored with an Award of Excellence at the 2016 Communicator Awards for its recent e-Commerce food website for PB Crave, a leading natural peanut butter manufacturer and  unit of consumer and food service honey producer Sweet Harvest Foods.  The site is built on the Joomla! CMS platform with e-commerce functionality for user convenience.

In addition to the full featured self-service online store, MVP created an easy-to-use retail store locator to help consumers find their closest PB Crave retailer on an interactive map. And to delight peanut butter craving moms and their kids, not to mention college students, a filterable recipes section invites users to make personal social media connections with the site and brand. Custom photography and iconography all created by the ultra-creative MVP marketing + design team complement the overall responsive design for a clean, intuitive online experience. PB Crave has also asked MVP to provide ongoing search engine optimization (SEO) services to ensure that peanut butter loving customers find and purchase the company’s products in the competitive natural foods marketplace.

With the goal of saving the lives of millions of children in Africa, the site also touts the company’s commitment to providing sustainable peanut butter farming best practices by partnering with Project Peanut Butter and invites consumers to make a donation or learn more.

Dick Weinrib, MVP’s president and CEO stated “We’re delighted PB Crave asked us to create all aspects of this beautiful new consumer foods e-commerce website. From web design to SEO and from food photography to e-commerce and a recipe finder app, we’re committed to digital food marketing. And we’re very pleased that the PB Crave team, and the board of parent company Sweet Harvest Foods, selected us for this food industry website assignment.”
