When consulting with MVP, Teksetra chose to go beyond a new e-Commerce website and embrace not only new visual and verbal branding but a revolutionary name change as well.

To better reach and engage with current customers and future prospects seeking IT lifecycle solutions in such diverse segments as payment and transaction, imaging, digital signage, onsite repairs, maintenance repair, IT outsourcing, and project management services, Teksetra relied on MVP’s BrandMate℠ process to rediscover the integrated solution provider’s core DNA. Beginning with extensive internal and external stakeholder interviews, MVP crafted business and brand positioning statements to exemplify what Teksetra stands for and why it exists. The goal: to set it apart from the OEMs with whom it partners and the many equipment and parts distributors with whom it competes.

Next, MVP deployed its proven NameMate℠ process to ideate over 500 unique corporate names. After narrowing the list together with the client, MVP researched and validated each finalist, including preliminary trademark and URL search availability.  MVP coined the name “Teksetra” to reflect the company’s foundations in technology and its ability to offer end-to-end IT life cycle solutions. The new MVP generated tagline “Trusted. Flexible. Responsive.” expands Teksetra’s competitive advantage and brand promise to provide the highest level of product life cycle support. Much more than a logo, Teksetra’s sleek new identity radiates the unique characteristics that best represents the company.

Teksetra’s new eComm website and MVP-designed marketing communications literature system combines brand-centric imagery and results-driven functionality that are miles ahead of its previous site and system. The customized WordPress WooCommerce website features many new capabilities, services and learning resources that will soon integrate with the client’s ERP system through MVP’s vetted solution partner network.
