CCG Advisors:
New Atlanta Investment Bank Website Reflects Committed Relationships and Superior Outcomes

PROJECT CHALLENGE

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, CCG Advisors is a boutique investment bank dedicated to merger and acquisition advising in the middle-market. Founded in 1997 with a mission of helping business owners with growth and exit strategies, CCG chooses building relationships over executing transactions.

Given a surge of new competitive M&A websites in reaction to a widespread need to strengthen web presence in the wake of the pandemic, CCG sought a creative and affordable solution that could be implemented quickly and efficiently. Turning to MVP for its expertise in investment banking and private equity branding and website design, the advisors agreed that an MVP TeamPlateSM website would be the perfect platform to inspire their target audiences of business owners, PE firms and new hires while delivering flawless functionality through the site’s easy-to-use and administer WordPress content management system.

PROJECT SOLUTION

Prosperity, inspiration, engagement. The unique website’s homepage speaks volumes about the qualities of CCG Advisors that make them so successful in their field. These themes reverberate throughout the site through inspiring cityscapes of their Atlanta environs. Carefully selected blues strike the balance between professionalism and friendliness. And strategically placed gold accents convey a modern and refined look. The classic font that runs throughout the site speaks to the firm’s longevity and establishes that these trusted advisors with broad M&A advisory experience are truly national middle market players.

Functionality is the foundation of improved user experience (UX) design and an MVP TeamPlate℠ site, which is based on the code of many of MVP’s more complex customized engagements, accounts for this. More flexible in terms of design variation than either “off-the-shelf” WordPress themes or SaaS solutions from such providers as Wix, Weebly and SquareSpace, and relatively fast to implement, there are many other features that make cost-effective MVP’s TeamPlateSM websites not only look great but perform on par with design and development time-intensive custom websites. For example, MVP mirrors Google’s policy for browser and device compatibility in all key mobile and desktop formats. Next, transaction updates couldn’t be easier on the MVP-customized WordPress Content Management System (CMS), with site functionality to add video and other media, that seamlessly expands to keep pace with CCG’s upward trajectory. And MVP’s custom “tombstone maker” bypasses the more cumbersome Photoshop approach to allow for fast additions of properly formatted transactions by easily combining text and graphics in one operation.

The new and improved CCG website transports these Atlantans’ relationship-based brand messaging into the future while resonating with their past success.
