Assam hoped to enlarge their online and geographic footprint and engage audiences with a dazzling and interactive new website that would include modernized customer service portals. They looked to MVP to update their logo and transform their digital presence with a new custom-tailored MVP TeamMate^SM Website containing information on Assam’s listings and properties as part of greatly expanded functionality for every visitor.  From Wisconsin to Montana and from North Dakota to Nebraska, the client requested MVP to convey that if “they were not operating in your area yet, they’d be there soon.”

In the quest to go from average to exceptional, MVP worked with Assam to create an online destination with service offerings, listings, individual property pages, and a dynamic map (coming soon) that shows the locations of each. A new careers page gives potential hires the ability to upload a resume, an FAQ section answers the most common questions of visitors, and commercial and residential portals help connect tenants securely to the brokerage, site search and leasing resources they need.
The web presence and newly designed logo celebrate Assam Companies’ 50th Anniversary stylishly and spectacularly. The custom-crafted site opens with elegant homepage video of the best the Midwest has to offer. It leads visitors with animated navigation through the robust and photo-rich pages that catch the eye and spark the interest of potential clients. Custom iconography denotes the four areas of Assam expertise: commercial real estate, development, property management, and real estate advisory.
Clever client-directed features include the ability for Assam employees to see which pages interested parties visit when they submit a Contact Us form. Additionally, an MVP customized WordPress content management system ensures that the site will only get better and better with minimal client effort. With plans in place to expand farther throughout the Midwest and beyond, Assam now has the digital presence it needs for national success.
