Cook M&A Advisory, a premier buy-side M&A advisory firm with a 30-year track record, and transactions ranging from $5 million to $5 billion, needed a website that reflected their unique value proposition, proprietary deal flow capabilities, and people-first culture. Their existing site was outdated and failed to communicate the firm’s success, strategic offerings, or the impact they make on clients’ lives. Moreover, their logo was dated. Cook turned to MVP through the MVP TeamPlate℠  website design and development process to create a modern, intuitive, and compelling digital presence that would resonate with private equity clients, CEOs, and business owners alike.

The new site needed to:

Strategic Storytelling
The site was designed to clearly articulate Cook’s buy-side process, people, and history—highlighting their track record of success without overwhelming users with data. The narrative emphasizes Cook’s role as a trusted guide in the M&A journey, helping clients create generational wealth and long-term partnerships.

Audience-Centric UX
Each target audience—PE clients, CEOs, and business owners—was given a clear path to action. Whether scheduling a meeting, submitting a form, or exploring Cook’s sector experience, the site guides users toward meaningful engagement with intuitive navigation and tailored messaging.

Modern Visual Identity
While a full rebrand was not required, MVP generated a new and vibrant corporate logo and explored a refreshed visual direction that aligns with Cook’s evolving identity. Clean design, purposeful imagery, and thoughtful typography reflect the firm’s professionalism and approachability. Notably, MVP designed eight custom-crafted icons to reinforce the message that Cook creates proprietary deals where others don’t.

Scalable WordPress Platform
Built on MVP’s creative and cost-effective MVP TeamPlate platform, the site empowers Cook to manage and update content with ease. MVP also scoped future enhancements, including client success stories and downloadable industry reports, ensuring the site can grow alongside the firm.

Conversion-Driven Design
Calls to action are strategically placed throughout the site to encourage form submissions and meeting requests. The design balances clarity with impact—avoiding fluff while showcasing Cook’s differentiators.

Positioning Cook for the Future
The new MVP TeamPlate platform website positions Cook M&A as a modern, client-focused leader in the buy-side advisory space. It tells their story with authenticity, highlights their proprietary offerings, and invites users to take the next step in their M&A journey.
