Sterling Website Makes Private Equity Firm Shine

The Argentum Group is an established private equity firm investing in emerging leaders. Since 1990 they have built a reputation of achieving outstanding results working with bootstrapping entrepreneurs at the smaller end of the middle market. They needed a site to reflect the rapid growth of the B2B software, technology-enabled and business services companies in their focus.

With offices on Madison Avenue in New York City, Argentum chose MVP’s homepage design of the nearby Flatiron Building softly lit in the gloaming of the evening. Much more impactful than a static image, homepage video plays traffic flowing on either side of the New York landmark. This motion is symbolic of the swift acceleration of Argentum’s investments. Running statistics give an impactful display of Argentum’s deal flow. And a carousel of portfolio companies adds another layer of movement that is anchored by bars of introductory content. The interior pages feature partner photos and custom icons to give eyes a visual rest and further Argentum’s brand image.

The second half of a web redesign is the development. MVP worked closely with Argentum to map out streamlined navigation to benefit all visitors. Responsiveness is a must for any website. The nuances of the design translate across all screen sizes. And of upmost importance is what you don’t see. The custom build on an MVP TeamMate℠ WordPress Content Management System (CMS) promises fast loading, flawless functioning, and easy updates of new content that will never “break” the site. This web launch will represent a polished vision of Argentum’s brand for years to come.
