Chartwell:
New Brand Guidelines Help Premier National Advisory Firm Chart the Perfect Course

Project Challenge

Chartwell is a national leader in financial advisory, corporate finance, transaction opinions, and valuation, serving the unique needs of middle-market companies. Faced with a wide range of corporate and marketing communications materials, which varied in subject matter, theme and page count, Chartwell turned to MVP to unify and energize its visual and verbal messaging.

Project Solution

Serving multiple financial market segments including Advisory, Corporate Finance, Valuation and Transaction Opinions, MVP was tasked with launching brand guidelines and a design system capable of making complex communications clear. Based on the completion of a needs analysis and creative brief, MVP’s financially savvy marketing and design team unfurled a new and sophisticated slate blue color scheme and imagery complemented by “easy on the eyes” typography and grid system: The perfect course to support the sustained in-house publication of time-sensitive data-driven charts, graphs and text capable of motivating time-starved CEOs and CFOs to contact Chartwell for its full range of interrelated financial advisory services.

Client Take

“Your team has done an outstanding job with us. We have completed the “brand standards” project, along with a few collateral design pieces. Not only did your people do good work, but they were timely, very positive and worked with a supportive attitude all along the way. You delivered on everything you promised, and then some. Thank you.”
