Keystone Capital was founded in 1994 with the goal of acquiring high quality, market-leading niche businesses and building them alongside management through organic growth and strategic acquisition. MVP had previously built Keystone’s corporate site and a website for one of its earlier platform companies JOBS Group. So as Keystone closed in on its debut institutional fund in 2021, Keystone Capital Fund II, LP (“Fund II”) with $420 million of capital commitments, the PE firm turned to MVP to rapidly design another new platform company website under the new Integra Testing Services banner. Given an aggressive acquisition schedule, Keystone challenged MVP to build a custom, flexible, and add-on friendly WordPress website in less than 60 days and over the 2021/2022 holiday season.
Given the need for speed, MVP first created a master brand corporate logo for this newly minted national provider of testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB) services for the commercial HVAC market. MVP then fashioned a customized, flexible and easy-to-administer WordPress website that could easily accommodate changes. This allowed the initial site, which joined Fulton Air and Neudorfer, under the Integra banner to expand again incorporate the newest acquisitions of International Test & Balance (ITB) and Seneca Balance. This new site has now become a showplace for a 100 plus person organization and its robust technical resources.
“The MVP team came through again with another well designed private equity platform company website, which they tackled, no less, over the holiday season. We appreciate the new corporate brandmark they designed along with the Integra website’s smart design, efficient functionality, and ease of use. Based on our repeated work with them since 2016, they are a highly valued partner for brand-to-web design, development, and digital marketing support.”
