As a Registered Investor Advisory firm (RIA), North Star Resource Group is an independent financial services firm helping its clients start and stay the path to financial security. The new site is more than just a destination for visitors, providing financial professionals immediate access to numerous subject-matter specialists on everything from life insurance to investments to employee benefits.
MVP and NSRG took a deep dive when considering what each type of visitor would want from the site. For example, after identifying six different personas, MVP designed a more advisory-friendly user experience for other RIA’s looking to join forces with NSRG. A mega menu for 16 practice areas ensures that everyone gets what they are looking for fast.
A few other features of the new site include compound filters for News & Events, a user-friendly “Find a Financial Professional” tool that matches visitors with an appropriate advisor based on such factors as location, income, occupation, and financial goals. The site is further enriched through impactful editorial and company photography. North Star Resource Group expects this new site to tremendously enhance the digital user-experience of both their employees and their customers.
